Ingredients
Ghee 3 tbsp
Semolina (suji) 1/2 cup
Desiccated coconut 1/2 cup
Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
Milk 1/4 cup
Mixed dry fruits 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder pinch
Instructions
Heat 1 tbsp ghee and roast dry fruits until golden. Set aside.
Add 2 tbsp ghee and roast semolina on low flame until aromatic.
Add desiccated coconut and roast for 2 more minutes.
Pour in milk and stir continuously until absorbed.
Add cardamom powder and powdered sugar; cook for 2 minutes until sugar melts.
Add roasted dry fruits and mix well.
Transfer mixture to a plate, cool slightly, then grease your hands with ghee.
Shape into small ladoos and enjoy the rich coconut flavor! ![]()
